The company is founded by Family Nurse Practitioners Alecsis and Kelly Ramos, who are deeply committed to the health and well-being of their community.

Always Yours Healthcare seeks to become a trusted, neighborhood healthcare partner for residents in Prescott and surrounding areas, particularly focusing on underserved populations and providing access to healthcare.

Providing a resource to a community where the ratio of providers to patients is lower than not only the rest of the state but the country as well.

The clinic plans to expand in the future to include additional services, such as mental health care, worker’s compensation, Department of Transportation physicals, and specialized services for aging adults, positioning it for continued growth and sustainability.

Kelly Ramos

Kelly Ramos is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner who has called Prescott, Arizona home for most of her life. With over 10 years in the medical profession, she has been committed to serving the Quad City area, where she continues to provide compassionate and comprehensive care to individuals and families alike. Her extensive experience in various settings has provided her with a well-rounded skill set and a deep understanding of patient care.

Motivated by her passion for health and wellness, and a commitment to providing holistic, high-quality care, Kelly is dedicated to giving back to her hometown of Prescott—a community in need of more healthcare providers. Her extensive experience and patient-focused approach make her a trusted provider in the area.

Kelly and her husband Alecsis enjoy spending their free time with family and exploring the outdoors through gardening, hiking, and other adventures.

Alecsis Ramos

FNP-C

Alecsis Ramos is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner and a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. He moved to Prescott, Arizona in 2006, where he later embarked on his nursing journey. After earning his nursing degree, Alecsis gained valuable experience in a variety of clinical settings, including the emergency department, mental health, and public health. His diverse background in healthcare, coupled with his military service, has shaped his compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Alecsis became a Nurse Practitioner to better care for his patients, a goal that continues to guide him every day. His experience has been further shaped by specialized training at the VA, where he deepened both his skills and his commitment to service. He has worked in the urgent care setting, where he developed a strong focus on providing comprehensive and accessible healthcare to all individuals. Alecsis’s military discipline, clinical expertise, and commitment to patient-centered care make him a trusted and reliable provider in the Prescott area.
